These uncertain times have made us all more aware of our mental health and how this impacts on our physical health, emotions and behaviour. By training as a Mental Health First Aider, you can help your colleagues to take back control of their wellbeing as well as develop your own and promote an open/nurturing culture. Learning as part of a collaborative group is a rewarding experience.
